Stan's Pals grooming made my day! Poor Dottie gets nervous when travelling in the car and going to new places due to us rehoming her from previous owner. So it took alot for her to get into the building. But she had a good 10minutes to relax into the setting before her pamper session began. That helped me feel comfortable and made huge difference for her. The staff really took their time with Dottie and helped her through the process amazingly. I was so worried about the dryers and noise for her. But I think a monthly pamper will do her confident and trust in humans the world of good. Was great hearing everyone talk about her. Thank you for giving Dottie the Pampered life she deserves. Deserve way more than 5 stars!!

Archie and Tink love visiting to get their nails done every 2 weeks. As older dogs, they're not as active and need their nails doing more often. Honestly, they view it as a treat, it's their time to visit their friends and get all the loves and cuddles. Tink was very nervous to begin with but now has her nails done easily (though really just wants the cuddles). The staff have always be astounding, and during this challenging time, when socially distanced my visits with my oldies has become a huge support for me. Stans Pals is the best!
Took my rescue chihuahua to have his nails done. He's very nervous and not very peoply but the staff were lovely with him and did it on his terms. Could have spent a fortune in there as well with all the amazing doggy stuff they have! Thank you all
Stan pals are amazing, really friendly, helpful & have plenty is not more than plenty of knowledge, they have groomed our four dogs, they listened to what we wanted & by gosh they did everything we asked & they can back perfect. The teeth consultation & treatment is amazing the shop is always stocked &!all staff have the knowledge about different products & help you with issues you have & recommend the right product. The price on everything is very reasonable or in touch with reality, so many happy staff faces. I can only recommend with a massive 5 * business all round Stan pals are “perfect”
A fantastic, local business. The team are really friendly and helpful. They look after our puppy whilst we're at work, and he loves it there. They also do sessions where you can meet all their animals - it's a great experience for the kids. Highly recommended.
