Woman at the front was extremely rude. Took over half an hour even when I had an appointment. I ended up just leaving because I would have had to wait another 15-20mins. She needs help, or get better people who know how to give better customer service.

Visited the Lab Corp center for employment test . Register through online with you DL . After you register they will call you as per the order . As said by other reviewers on time scheduling , it’s only First come first serve so go 20 minutes before the appointment time and checkin through online , so they will call you in order of checkin . After some time they will ask all necessary documents to appointments and then after some time they will call for you test . All done in 30-45 minutes. They are helping during pandemic as needed and don’t see any issues. Update : 11/18 They lost my sample and asked to retake the test again .. worst service and need to visit again after 12 hours fasting ...

Horrible!!!!! I showed up at 1:20pm for my 1:30 fingerprinting appointment. They open back from lunch at 1:30 so I waited for them to unlock the door. The ONLY person working there opened the door on time, but seemed to be on a personal phone call on his cell. Once he finished his call, I checked in on the very dirty kiosk and explained to him that I was there for my 1:30 fingerprinting appointment. He told be I would have to wait a bit because the fingerprint girl was not there, but should be back soon. I thought this was strange since I had an appointment, but I waited anyways because I needed to get my fingerprints processed for a new job. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked when he thought she would get there. I did not understand why I had an appointment when the person was not there. He gets upset with me at this point.... waving his hands and calling me “Honey” in the lobby in front of the other patients. I felt a little sorry for him since obviously he was checking in all the patients and performing all the other tests himself, but for whatever reason, the employee that was not present was to only person who could perform the fingerprinting. I waited another 30 minutes with my 9 month old baby and finally had to leave with no services performed. The fingerprinting girl never showed up and the other guy was in the back with patients so I could not even tell anyone I was leaving. My child was tired and hungry at this point because she had the snack and milk I packed when we got there over an hour prior. Also drove 30 minutes to get there. This was already my second attempt at an appointment at this location as no one ever answers the phone or returns voicemails. Now my start date at my new job will likely be delayed. The best thing they do at this location is belittle you and waste your time. Please, go anywhere else!

Worst place. The employees are working like don’t care condition.Looks like the management put just 2 employees. One is training. It’s more of management issue. They put a check in machine but without lab person nothing will workout. Labcorp get paid by employer but they have to make sure enough employees to assist the lab test done. This is my 3rd visit same horrible experience.

The girl working at the front desk was extremely rude unprofessional and disrespectful. They lost my 73 yr old mothers orders for her weekly blood work and somehow that was my fault? They made her resign in and wait another hour because she was angry that I called her out on it! The office is not practicing any covid precautions just freaking aweful! They made my elder mother cry smh.
