Shio-Tendon, Tempura's with salt on a bowl of rice, is a specialty of this restaurant. Ordered Special Shio-Tendon Miso soup priced about JPY 2,000. Simple taste Tempura, so simple... too simple to me I wanted to take soy source, mayo, and or other sources but nothing on the table... Also, the price was too high, it's not easy to take as a daily lunch. Cash only, a parking lot is available.

This might honestly been the best fried shrimp I've ever had. Satisfying crunch and a delicious tangy sauce. Girlfriend got a katsudon and her portion was quite generous for the price. No English on the menu but just about everything had a photo.

The food taste amazing and the view is also good. The tempura has 4 size, biggest size is an amazing 33 cm!

『元祖　塩天丼』 諏訪湖沿いを走っていると、 毎回目にうつるこちらの看板。 ぎょってりラーメンで有名な宮坂商店の隣にあります。 隣、というか同じお店。 経営者も同じなのかな、メニューには宮坂商店の名前がのっています。 さっそく、元祖塩天丼を注文。 天ぷらは塩で食べるとおいしいもんね。 期待があがります。 数分待ち、卓上に置かれた塩天丼。 なんと、衣が厚衣。 沖縄の天ぷらに似ています。 天ぷらというよりフリッターに近い。 というか、 サクサクの天ぷらに塩をイメージしていたのに、 まさか厚衣の天ぷらとは。 天丼にのっている塩は、 「ふりかけ」ですね。 丼の上にフリッターをのせて、 最後にふりかけをかけて食べる。 白米がまったくすすみません。 天丼食ってはじめてご飯だけ残しました。 店のど真ん中に調理場があるので、 調理課程をみれるのはとても良いです。 塩天丼を注文することは二度とありませんが、おそらく、好きな人にはたまらんのでしょう。
