Bought a firestick from these and didnt realise my hdmi port wasnt working till I opened this but never used it. Went to take it back to the shop for them to tell me I could only get half my money back. I wouldn't mind if they had just said I couldn't have a refund but had no signs clearly visible to say this was the case apart from a tiny sign not even on view. If that's the case they shouldn't have offered me any money back if not giving refunds but it's disgusting to get offered half for an unused item. I could have easily went to argos or currys but chose to use these with them being a small family business but will never use them again

Used this place on several occasions & always had good service. Had a couple of technical faults with my Samsung phone & both sorted quickly. Bought several mobile phone accessories here too including a good quality phone case & memory card. Always had friendly professional service at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend..
