Worst customer service they send me wrong size and have to pay for return postage they won’t refund my postage saying not their fault stay away people

I ordered 4 pairs of trainers, great prices and arrived quickly but I needed to return 2 pairs as they didn't fit my daughter's. Not only do you have to pay for the returns but you get no help whatsoever from the company with regards to issues returning. I'm unable to print a label off as I don't have a printer and the libraries are shut because of the pandemic. I've emailed and rang several times but no one's bothered their arse getting back to me. I even offered to drop the trainer's off as it's only a couple of miles down the road. I'm now over 50 down which I could do without at present. I wouldn't order from express trainers unless you are 100% certain you won't need to return.

Price of walking boots after promo code and free postage over 50 works out 18 cheaper the nearest alternative and posted to the door. Only 4 stars due to being unable to complete purchase on the website and had ring up. Boots arrived quickly in three days
