We bought a push car buggy through Amazon that arrived without it's hardware. Inside of the box a sheet asked us to please go through the Step 2 company instead of returning to Amazon if there are any issues. Talked with Kisha (and a week later Mary) and after sending the necessary proof we were told the replacement parts would be overnighted to us. Apparently in Ohio overnighted means \we requested that your parts be mailed overnight\. Which never works for me at the post office either, because you actually have to pay them more for that particular service. So we wait, 50 brand new broke down car existing lifelessly in the living room. Our son longing for the day when the wind can fly through his hair, cruising the sidewalk in his first car, but we wait. Until Thursday. Because I tried to give the company a chance. Be aware Amazon purchaser that 100% of the time, you're better off sending back through Amazon and not going through the Step 2 Company. It's only a toy not a doctor(thankfully) but when toys are what you do, you shouldn't drop the ball as bad as Step 2.

Have not dealt with this \company\ and most definitely will not be dealing with them after reading the horrendous stories about their (apparently) poor quality products, missing parts and little more than excuse making - we don't care, customer service on here, the BBB and all other eview sites\ I read concerning this mob. Thanks to the reviews posted about this company across the internet, it has saved me a lot of money and potential heart ache.

My husband and I purchased our daughter a Chefs Gallery Kitchen from Kohl’s. I can’t tell you enough how disappointed in this product I am. When assembling, absolutely none of the holes lined up. In addition to the holes the stickers were too large for the oven. Finally when we got the unit together one of the doors will not shut, this was a piece that already came assembled so we were not able to rig it to stay shut. We also found it quite disappointing that the unit came with only two plates when there are four holes for plates. Has any member of your executive team put together this product? If not, I would strongly challenge you to do so and see what your customers are experiencing. We will most definitely not be buying another one of your products. Sincerely, Lindsay

I can't say enough good about this wonderful company. We bought a mailbox with 2 doors by them at Lowes for our new home out in a very rural area. It looked very elegant. Well, a knot-headed couple on a 4-wheeler decided to drive by on the 4th of July and put a firecracker in our lovely new mailbox. Miraculously the only thing destroyed was one of the doors. My husband is a disabled Veteran suffering from PTSD, so this incident really rattled his nerves. He filed a police report, but the officer told him that there wasn't a lot that could be done without a definitive identification of the kids who perpetrated such a mean trick. This wasn't the first time they had destroyed mailboxes either using various and sundry destructive devices. Meanwhile my husband also contacted The Step2 Company hoping to buy a new door to replace the destroyed one. Those kind people told him that they would send him a new door at no charge. Well, then it got lost in transit. What did they do? They sent out another door overnight, and now our mailbox looks fabulous again. They should do a commercial that features our mailbox. It is amazing that it survived a firecracker without any more damage than one disintegrated door. We are very grateful for our sturdy mailbox and their help in soothing my Darling's shattered nerves.
