These terrible people did a very substandard end of tenancy clean for me. The kitchen, amongst other areas, was barely touched and they promised to come back to address it. They conned me into paying the full balance on promise of return, but never did. They refused to answer my calls, texts and emails after giving me abuse. Unbelievably unprofessional, in every way. It’s now settled in the small claims court where they were found as having no defence. I have just received their court payment after a 5 month process. Their arrogance is unbelievable, do not use under any circumstances. Not fit for purpose.

I had three bedroom carpets cleaned today. Short notice in that I only booked service yesterday. David was here on time, perfectly organised and tidy, and left the carpets in fantastic condition cleaning out many marks from years of use. I will be booking Hawkins again soon and thought they were excellent value for money too. Many thanks.
We asked Hawkins Homecare to clean our home prior to our move. The arrangements were made easily and they collected and return the keys to the estate agents. The cleaning was excellent - carpets, windows and kitchen cupboards and surfaces. Many thanks
Last Friday evening I got in contact with Hawkins Homecare in a panic after my washing machine had leaked over a brand new sofa which was stored in my garage. Jacqui was a lifesaver, not only was she so helpful on the phone but she came out first thing on the Saturday morning and did a brilliant job on the sofa, which I thought was ruined. She even offered to come on the Friday night to help. I could not recommend this company enough!! 5* service.
I was in desperate need of a house clean after being away from home for several months and the person watching my house trashing it. They did in excellent job in one afternoon. Slightly pricey but well worth the money!
