I have just read the news article about the treatment of a poor woman who needed to use the toilet during her appointment and was refused. What an utter outrage and absolute jobs worth the staff are at this branch. I am a customer, but will never use this company again. What is the measure of the human being who refuses the use of a toilet. I feel I’ve read a news article from a dickens novel, not stoke on Trent in 2020! Your business is either open to the public, or it isn’t! Use of a toilet, a chair, a hand rail and verbal communication are all part of the essentials to the opening your business. You don’t pick and choose facilities to suit because you cannot be bothered to clean the toilets after they have been used. I am appalled to learn of this incident and will never use this business again. The manager of this store should be ashamed. If this initiative has come from Head office, you’ve just declare yourself the most Inhumane shop on the high street! Appalling!
