Staff member proudly displaying there a Novus worker in uniform abusing Disabled Parking bays, no badge on display and only himself as the driver who was using the car, no visible disability’s but if he did have a legitimate mental disability requiring the use of a disabled bay it’ll be Lazybesterditis. Reg no YK12OPZ. Not the first time and probably not the last with Novus workers either as have seen a few do it especially the one who ones a white Porshe.

No clear lines of communication between office and labourers. People in charge lie to your face. You wait in all day and nobody turns up. Some of the workmen rush the job and their work reflects that. However the other tradesmen were spot on and knew what they were doing. 20 days without a cooker or washing machine.

Novus came to replace a window pane. After they left I noticed the glass pane they installed was half the thickness of my actual window frame!! Instead of going away and ordering correct size they packed out the gap with sticky black security tape. Extremely poor workmanship. Will be taking matters further. Have photos to prove.
