Just aweful. The dhansak was swimming in grease. The keema nan had lamb in so thin it was like paste. The paneer dish was more a chickpea soup and the tarka dhal was just some random looking liquid. The poppadoms were good but the sambols were tiny and the garlic pickle was missing. The garlic mushroom bharji was just a slop with what looked like tinned mushrooms. As for the garlic rice, dry and tasteless. I used to use the Bombay Club all the time, such a shame. So in response to the accusation that I am a false customer I provide an image of my receipt, the order screen, the keema nan with the paste looking substance and the slop of a tarka dhal. Just as I thought. No response.

Ordered food. It was amazing until I found my korma had a few extra hairs in it. Got told it was impossible. I shave my hair down to 1mm. The hairs were about 5cm long. Never ordering again

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star , absolutely diabolical service and mediocre food , put on a small table under the stairs with no lighting . Male staff member said he would move us to another table once it was available , but once he disappeared in the kitchen and the table became vacant , the female staff member told us were fully booked ! We were not asked if we would like papadums like others around us had been ! Kept coming to our table asking if we were ready order mains , the starters came and that was a disappointment. When asked if they could put the candle on the table on , we were told NO !! With that we booked an Uber and went to another Restaurant which was more than accommodating for us . Never again !!!! Oh and besides one sanitiser bottle at the front , no other social distancing signs or procedures were visible .

Having tried every curry house in Stoke and the surrounding areas The Bombay Club is by far the worst. Cold food, child size portions, very cheap ingredients used and just an all round terrible experience. Owner refuses to accept any responsibility for anything and even goes as far as to lie on customers reviews to make them look like the guilty party. How they are even still operating and scamming people for their hard earned is beyond me. Needs shutting down lively.
