Ordered a blazer back in November 2019 chased in Jan and Feb with the Altrincham store and again in June - roll on to beginning of September and they still have not got it. Supposedly have the blazer now but can’t find it to get the logo embroidered. I have had my fair share of experiences with the store having had boys go through Lady Barn and APS and the quality of the uniforms is terrible. The socks are atrocious, the satchel broke after a few months ... and Monkhouses are not interested in putting anything right. Quality is terrible and customer service non existent.

Great uniforms, great prices. It would have had 5 stars if it didn't take 6 weeks for items to arrive. My son was the only one in school without a jumper for all that time and the school were on my back about it constantly

3 weeks and still no uniform, don't answer calls! really shocking service.
Great service, quick and simple and prices are very competitive so definitely worth going to pay them a visit. Parking however is a downside as can be abit congested which is the only downside. Highly recommend
