Came here to take my FSC test and they were so polite, and explained everything clearly! After passing my test, they answered all my questions, and had so much patience in my process trying to figure out what was the best fit and purchase for me. They did not try to sell me anything but instead encouraged me to go rent a few different types to figure out which one I felt most confident in operating. I appreciate their help so much! Made the process stress free and informative!

Regarding the condescending and unprofessional demeanor, it's a real thing. Trust when I say, my skin is thicker than the antarctic ice sheet. I would just rather not deal with the attitude in light of other, better options. It's bizarre considering this is a place of business and NO ONE is going to give you money if you simply are unpleasant to work with. I go past this place and up to Cobra Tactical where they actually care about the reputation of their business and have now received several hundreds of my dollars in transfer fees and accessories. Cobra Tactical in Valencia. A bit further up the 5 freeway. Almost as if it was meant for them to receive my business and not Adam's Armory. Furthermore, I mentioned that I went to another gun shop before Cobra Tactical where the people were extremely unfriendly & rude. I didn't even mention the name, and one of the owners immediately knew what gun store I was talking about. That's a shame. Oh well. Not my problem. My money. I'll spend it on those who are deserving and graceful. Adam's Armory clearly does not care how they treat customers given the several similar one star reviews. I will gladly spend my money at Cobra Tactical and support their veteran owned business.

Have purchased several firearms from here including a stripped lower over the last 4 years. Have had out of state transfers sent and completed through here. This store and its employees are well versed in the myriad of CA gun laws and no BS - which, in a time where many who have no business owning a firearm due to simple lack of education and/or intelligence, is a breath of fresh air. Their straight forward approach is appreciated. Many comments on here make evident that too many have thin skin and likely aren't educated enough to justify owning firearms. Their prices are better than most stores and the fact they still have semi-auto pistols (including Glocks) in stock is fantastic at a time where no one else does. If you want fast, direct, no BS service this is a good store. If you want a store that fluffs your pillows I suggest going somewhere else.
