Came out to evaluate my gas furnace. Diagnosed the problem but didn’t tell me they shut my heat off and then left without turning it back on. Currently it is 25 degrees outside. Wouldn’t trust them to do the work they said needed to be done at this point. EDIT: thanks for saving our lives. No communication was relayed from your technician about the severity of the needed repairs. He promptly went in to discussing how we could save money if we replaced both furnace and outdoor unit using financing through your company. So making the sale must have trumped the safety of me and my family.

I had my furnace replaced due to it being over 20 years old. Katie and Hannah called me several times during this process informing me along the way making very comfortable with them as a company. When the unit came in ( as we know due to covid 19 took a week) the techs came on time and installed and removed the old unit quickly they were neat. The unit is running great. I am very pleased and I would use cool factory again in the future.
