I love this surgery, I’m proud to walk in to such a beautiful surgery, the staff are efficient and helpful, the doctors rooms are very private and comfortable. Stamford is getting bigger and bigger, we do not want to close this surgery it’s a disgrace, they’ve already taken our hospital away, what’s wrong with these people, Stamford is growing and need the Wharf road surgery , the sheep market is too full of people going everywhere, you never know which waiting room you need and that doctor pops out from anywhere, it’s too small for all Stamford patients, we need them both! Renew our Wharf Road Surgery we need it. Val Edwards

My advice to anyone needing to register with a GP is to go elsewhere! Pre Lakeside it was fantastic. Post Lakeside a nightmare!

Absolutely appalled. Rang the surgery to book a minor op from a referral, was told that they'd ring me back the following Monday, however, they did not. So, I rang them again just for them to tell me that once again, the lady that I needed to speak to wasn't available again. I then waited 2 WEEKS for them to ring me just to tell me that they don't deal with the minor operation that I need. So, why would my doctors put their surgery on the referral letter and why did I have to wait 2 whole weeks just for them to tell me that they can't deal with my request? Disgusting.

This practice is APPAULING. Incapable of following up a SUICIDALLY DEPRESSED patient. I wouldn't register a person here. Dark ages style reordering for REGULAR medication, you have to ring, leave a message, and then ring back because in FOUR months, they've failed every time to do anything about the message. NO MEDICATION AGAIN TODAY.

Team seem unable to manage the needs of it's customers , Phones are simply not answered and requests for information supporting patients in care is not dealt with adequately
