I needed to have a sump pump repaired that was originally done by the previous owner over 20 yrs ago. Dario evaluated the situation thoroughly and completely explained what had been done wrong and what needed to be done to make it right. Dario reviewed the cost involved and asked for my input. He came at 1pm with another plumber named Christian and both worked for 4 hours when the job was then completed. I also needed a new faucet in the bathroom which was completed. Dario was the most professional contractor I have ever had work on my home. Extraordinary attention to detail. I am so pleased with his knowledge and professional manner and of course, with the finished product. I will never use any other plumbing company. An extra bonus was that I was informed about who was coming, that included pictures, and I was given a map to see when they would be arriving. There were two men and both each wore a mask whenever they needed to speak to me. The best customer service I have ever received! Thank you.
JNR Plumbing LLC provided prompt and excellent service when I requested they replace a leaking pressure reducing valve. Dario M. and team were very responsive and also recommended other critical repairs/replacements to address weak points in the plumbing system that we agreed upon and were performed. Dario was prompt and professional. He explained the issues with my sump pump and the options for resolving them. He was able to replace my sump pump and install new check valve in a timely manner.
