Heard some rattling in my wheel well after transporting my G80 sport on a trailer. Dropped in late Monday afternoon and Spoke with August a service advisor. Although they were busy, he quickly came out looked at my vehicle and reattached my undercarriage liner where it was loose. I appreciated his proactive approach and willingness to help attitude as he easily could’ve told me to schedule an appointment. Thanks for the great service August really appreciate it!
