The st paul site is inept. They have had my case for nearly 5 years. All information they requested they have. They also gave a pat answer to a confressional inquiry, responding that my case was just transferred to them and they will have to look into it. This when they had the case for 4.5 years. By the way, i am a former VSR, so i am aware of what medical information they specifically needed. As a retired Marine it is disconcerting how this office treats veterans. I know the staff is overwhelmed but they also clearly ignore cases, and they are not properly trained. They have missed, several times, entries in my military medical records. And they do not respond to,l or work on evidence they have received.
