Incredible food. The veggie combo and lamb combo were so flavorful. The lamb was tender, and every veggie dish had a different flavor profile. Definitely my favorite Ethiopian place!

I am never getting food from here again . I‘m literally disappointed in the food and not to mention the terrible customer service I’ve experience while picking up my order. How do you change prices like that and also expect to pocket tips. Chicken tibs with injera is definitely not 28 and if It is maybe change your menu prices. Regret not making the extra drive to Red Sea.

Worst customer service i have ever encountered in my life. It was Saturday January 30th at 2:000pm. Two pregnant women were serving, one wearing a red t-shirt and the other wearing a black t-shirt. I ordered a beef tibs and the lady with the black top gave me the worst attitude and just left with out listening to me well. Later on may friend whom i was waiting came and we asked for cold water and they brought two cups containing warm water with out straw. I asked her for cold water and she ignored me again while displaying the same attitude she showed when i came. Instead of the beef-tibs, she came with a lamb tibs which i never ordered. She left the lamb-tibs on my table and left. I had to order a beef tibs and ended up paying 45 dollars for two orders i did not make. I have been to London, Frankfurt, Johannesburg, Chicago, Seatle, Sandiego, Fairfax Virginia and the twin cities and i have never seen a worse customer service than what i encountered at Fasika restaurant. If those are waiters, they need to be terminated immediately, but if they are the owners, they need to improve their customer service or else this restaurant will not exist for a long. Period!

I called in advance to see I need to reserved seat, the woman who answered told me to just come. When we got there, there is a paper on most table that says reserved. No greeted us or gave us a table untill we asked. We asked one of the staff question she walked away from us, and we went to other people who just walked in as if our business is less valuable. (It was the pregnant lady ).She was rude ,and unhelpful. You've lost my business for life.
