I was in need of an item, an Irish Waistcoat, with a very short time frame to receive it. I sent them an email over the weekend and heard back from Karin as soon as the store opened on Tuesday. After a brief phone conversation, and some extra customer service follow up, I placed an order, with the promise that I would receive it within 3 days - by that Friday. Before 48 hours had past, I received the item on Thursday in Florida and it was just what I was looking for. Thank you Karen and Kerry Cottage. I wish your shop was closer so I could browse in person. God Bless.
