On November 20, 2020, my partner and I visited this store to get information on upgrading her AT&T phone. The store Manager, Sarah, was present and assisted us. She provided a very thorough review of the types of phones available, specifications for each, and available discounts where applicable and qualified. Sarah was extremely personable, professional, and totally customer-focused. I mentioned to her that we had called the national Customer Service office to get information the previous day and were told about certain discounts available with the phone my partner was most interested in purchasing. We weren't sure if those discounts were better, worse, or the same as could be offered by the retail stores. We were both very pleased and impressed that after Sarah explained what she could offer, she suggested we call the national Customer Service office back and check their discounts against what she could offer us. She said she was more interested in us getting the very best deal for us than in just making a sale. In my view, this marks her as a truly exceptional ambassador for AT&T. She was totally willing to sacrifice her own sales commission if it meant her customer was going to get the best deal possible. This meant a lot to me and my partner and two days later, we returned to the store and purchased the phone desired. Although Sarah wasn't there on the day of our return visit (Sunday) her associate Jeremy was able to sell us the phone we wanted at the price Sarah quoted us two days before. AT&T should take note of this exceptional Manager in its store at 18 S. County Center Way (Fc12), St. Louis, MO 63129. Sarah is a model for providing professional and personal customer service. She should be congratulated for her high standards of performance.

I wanted to switch phone companies and stopped by to talk about pricing. I was rudely greeted by the manager (Steve) and got little help. I headed over to the South Lindbergh store and switched there.
