As a renter in this building, I'm not impressed. As in I am going to be looking for a new location for this office of our company. While the rent was decent enough, it's not that good. We have had a leaking roof for over a year. I was told that it would be fixed last year. Nope. I asked about when it's getting fixed for this year and I'm hearing the same thing that the roof will be replaced very soon, but that they have no solid date yet. They told me that it was because they can't get a contractor in. But last fall when another temporary repair was being done, I talked to company doing the repair and they told me that the roof needed to be replaced 7 years ago when they first told the owner of the roof problems. And I have talked to other companies in the buildings and they all tell me that they have had roof leaks and that nothing is ever done about it. At this point I am frustrated and will wait to see what they will do, but this morning I have water leaks in our reception and in our clinics lab processing room. A chair has been water damaged beyond repair overnight. And there are other smaller leaks in other rooms. You can see the tile damage on the ceilings. I am asking my lawyer to see if he can figure out how to break the lease early because this is intolerable. I suspect that the owner, Robert Able, talks a good game, but doesn't deliver on his verbal promises. My suggestion? If a you decide to lease here, make sure your lawyer puts in an escape clause in the lease. And if Mr Abel says anything to you, get it in writing. His word is dodgy. I will change or update this review if I find out more.
