We have had a great experience with Angel Water and their employees. Austin the technician and Ken and Mike the plumbers/installers were all very prompt and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our water softener and chlorination system.

Norm Albrecht serviced my RO filtration system in my new townhome today. Very pleased with his service! He called ahead to give me a heads up of his arrival time and was very helpful. He took the time to explain the system and gave me valuable tips about a couple of other related issues. Excellent customer service!

STAY AWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! The worst company I ever dealt with!!! I purchased a product from this company solely to help my wife build her credit (since she is new in USA), I made it very clear with the company that I'm only buying the product for the sake of that reason, I also made it clear that my wife has no good or bad credit, they confirmed that they will get her approved for a loan, we moved forward with the purchase, a week later they came and installed the product (all good), another week they called to inform us that they couldn't get the loan approved for my wife, I told them then we don't need the product as it defeats the main purpose of the purchase, they refused to cancel the purchase and reported me to a collection agency which in turn reported me to credit bureau, I'm now disputing with the three credit bureau.

We were very impressed with him and will definitely request him for our annual maintenance. Have noticed a big difference in our water quality already.
