much like the other 1 star reviews on here i feel as if i was scammed. i purchased a ford focus from them and was in a real pinch for time as i only had a rental for four days due to my car being totalled by another driver. at the point of sale they made it seem like i was making a very good purchase and that i was getting a great deal.. well it turns out after a few days of driving the vehicle it began to make an incredible amount of noise under the dash/hood when started and also when running, the car can barely shift or accelerate without it feeling like it is going to stall, the tires on it are terrible and lose traction in almost any condition, there is a collapsed engine mount causing a buzzing noise in the cabin of the car and literally everything in it shakes.. it is to the point where you can feel the vibration through your body and it even shakes the windows.. \customer experience\ goes out the door the second you do with your lemon of a vehicle as when you try to contact them after the point of sale they just brush you off and ask you go to whichever dealer your car is made by.. will never be back and will absolutely never send a soul here to look at anything.

My boyfriend bought a truck from Cars Unlimited about a year ago and since then it has been nothing but problems. Victor said he would fix an issue with the car door locking and unlocking on its own which was never actually fixed. It worked for about a week and stopped working again causing us to have to go to our own mechanic to get it fixed ourselves. On top of that the handle had to be fixed, the A/C stopped working, two fuses were blown and had to be replaced, the seals on the door do not stay on causing rain water to leak in to the back seats, and just today the truck literally shut off on a highway off ramp putting lives at risk. I will be reporting this to the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council and recommend anyone else who got scammed by this dealership so do so as well. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If you need more proof of how terrible this company and the man who runs it is, just read some reviews from others telling almost the exact same problems. Victor has clearly lied to many others as well about the condition of cars before selling them and multiple others have bought cars only to have them stop working or have tons of problems. I wish we would have read reviews before purchasing from this con artist.

Overall, my experience at the dealership was great. Victor was very forthcoming, confident and engaging. He was accomodating as i'd come from Toronto to see the car. However, after the car was purchased, I found some issues. Few issues he directed right to the mechanic, and others were found to not be \safety issues\. The issues weren't found during the test drive, only after the car was purchased. Which was fine, but his communication efforts dropped drastically and he started to ignore my messages. I was told that he was putting in effort to look into the car's issue but it doesn't seem like he was. After messaging him for weeks, with his very few replies, nothing has happened. Which makes it seem like the dealetship puts little effort after the car is sold (as its not their problem anymore)

Had a good experience with buying a used SUV from Victor. He made everything quite easy, and made sure he addressed any issues or concerns we had when we got it inspected. We love our Escape. So far she is running like a charm and had her about a month now.

I recommend Victor but be aware he's a tough negotiator ;) I traded my old car in and got a new (pre-owned) from them. Victor made everything as simple as possible and provided me with a car in a perfect condition, with brand new battery and brakes (pads and rotors). If only he dropped the price a little bit more.. ;)
