Took my pit mix in today to get checked on for outdoor allergies. In Springfield, i find that some places are weary of accepting pit bulls due to the past bans and laws on pit bulls, but they didn't judge my dog for the breed that she is, and that meant a lot to me. The receptionist, the assistant, and the vet were all so nice and caring towards me and my pet. The appointment was very informative and they were happy to answer all of my questions. The vet prescribed my dog with an allergy medication, and said that she would call me in a week to see how the medication was working. To me, that really shows that the vet truly cares about the comfort of your pet when they will go the extra mile and contact you directly. I won't go anywhere else from now on!

Very pleased with Route 66. Suoer friendly staff, great customer service. I was allowed in with my pet which was a great comfort as my dog suffers from separation anxiety. Great Doctor, accurate diagnosis, and answered all my questions. Pretty much a flawless experience. Highly recommended!
