We had an excellent experience purchasing our RX 350. Our client advisor, Rick Tatum, was very professional and infinitely patient with our many questions over two days of trying to decide. He never rushed us and was available by phone even after we left the dealership. And the car has proven to be as splendid on the road as Rick told us it would be.

My wife and I had recently been considering a new vehicle purchase. We love the Lexus brand, and wanted to buy a sedan to go along with our 2005 SUV. After seeing commercials on tv advertising 0% financing, with no payments for 90 days, this seemed like as good a time as any. We found the car we wanted and negotiated the entire transaction online. We didn't speak with anyone by phone or in person until speaking with Kery Spinabella. We agreed to the deal on Monday, 4/20/20 and scheduled to come in complete the necessary paperwork to take delivery on Tuesday 4/21/20. Kery had our car ready and took the time to set up our 2020 ES 350 with Lexus Enform with me. There was a bit of a delay in getting the financing done, as there were minimal people at the dealership due to the COVID19 virus. All in all, it was the easiest and best deal I had ever negotiated on a new car deal, My last new car purchase was from Reliable Toyota in 2009, and the difference from then to this deal was like night and day. I would also like to give a shout out to Anthony Frohock, the Lexus Sales Manager on working with me to get the deal we got. Overall from start to finish, a great experience.
Although I did not purchase a car here my sales representative Ricky Tatum was a absolute professional never pressuring me but always checking back to make sure I had all the information that I needed. When purchasing another car I will definitely be back . Thanks again

This is the 5th Lexus I have bought and the buying experience at Reliable Lexus was comfortable, friendly and extremely easy. Kery Spinabella worked hard to find me exactly the Lexus I was looking for, Ken was most helpful as well. I appreciated the one on one Technology instructions!
