Stop hiring meth addicts to do cold calling. Called me two days in a row. Told them Day 1 that I wasn't interested. Day 2 same rep tells me we didn't speak the day before. We did, and I have the call record. She continued to argue that we didn't speak. Finally, she said, \That's a lie!\ and hung up. Pushy, didn't listen and grows rude when you are not interested in her juvenile sales pitch.

I attended an American Settlement meeting in January 2019. The information they presented about timeshares was eye opening and I was a little apprehensive about spending even more money on my timeshare. There representatives made me feel comfortable and told me all the costs involved. I decided to give them a try and 6 months later I was out of my timeshare. I am so grateful and relieved. I will recommend them to my family and friends. American Settlement, you are 5 star to me. Thanks again for all your help.

This company called me twice within 3 days asking about my timeshare (I don't own one). First time, I informed the employee that I don't have a timeshare and told him not to call again. Second time, they called at 9 PM. I seriously question the legitimacy of a company that calls so late, so often, continues to call after instructed not to, and violates the Do Not Call list.

American Settlement representatives were able to complete the battle to cancel timeshare ownership of two properties. At the time of purchase, we were thrilled to have these annual vacation properties to use and to share with our family. However, what the timeshare sharks did not tell us was that we would not be able to surrender our ownership back to them. After listing with various internet “sales” companies it became painfully apparent that even selling them for 1 was not going to happen. Annual maintenance fees increased to the point where we were paying more in annual fees than we’d pay at a 5 star resort for the same amount of time. As we aged, we were unable to travel to the destinations and yet the expenses continued. We also discovered that that our heirs would inherit this nightmare! It became obvious that we were not going to be able to resolve this by ourselves so we attended the very informative and no pressure presentation by American Settlement representatives. We were told up front that it was not a quick process – and it wasn’t - but the bottom line is: they got the job done! We are so relieved to be out from under the timeshare burden and thank American Settlement for getting us out of this bad situation. Got a timeshare you can’t get rid of? We attended the American Settlement Services presentation and decided to have them terminate our two time shares for us. We had used and enjoyed our timeshares extensively but just didn't believe there was anywhere else we wanted to go with them. American Settlement Services originally projected our timeshares would be taken care of by December but as you can see we are at the end of July and they are both gone. Originally we were a little apprehensive about whether the company would do what they said they would do and hoped we were not making a mistake. This was not a mistake. American Settlement Services exceeded our expectations. They are helpful, very nice people and they do what they say they will do. In our experience even faster than originally anticipated. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a timeshare they want to terminate. It is so nice to be able to use those maintenance fees for other things we want now.
