[Honest review] As a former employee that worked here for 10 months, I can confirm that lots of things are unorganized. The system, management, delivery, etc. The managers barely remember my name nor called me by my real name and instead called me by my ID as if I was a lifeless machine than a person. That's when you know they don't value your employment. The managers also make plenty of mistakes to the point where they would accuse you of something that wasn't your fault. Break times are short. You only get around 5-10 minutes of lunch every shift. If you're not constantly scanning any items for 5 minutes, the system automatically assumes you aren't working so the managers will be alerted to come and lecture you; perhaps even a written warning or termination. The delivery drivers are beyond impatient and will literally yell at you or even want to fight if they don't have the orders prepared to go out. All in all, this place made me feel like a sad lowlife who had no path in life. If you are okay with extreme heavy lifting for 5 straight hours and walking around the warehouse nonstop pushing carts in temperatures below 30 degrees then go for it. I personally would not recommend it.

Packages are routinely late. And despite being in my neighborhood my “same day delivery package” wasn’t delivered because *spins the wheel* bad weather on a clear night. They also won’t give you any update on when it will actually be delivered. So, same day delivery really means whenever they feel like it.
Treat your employees better. My delivery driver was depressed and I dont blame him. He had over 50 packages in a small Honda Civic and got a ticket because he couldn't see the through the rear window.
