Doing the best that can be done as we are provide the highest level of Allergy and Immunology care possible. Very busy but worth the wait, if you can be patient. Let us know if your unhappy before posting bad reviews as I can't fix if I don't know about it.

I had a great experience. Everyone was super nice and all their processes were streamlined. My previous allergist passed away and they didn't hesitate to help me and get me on my treatment I used to be on. Office was clean and not crowded. They said they'll see me in 6 months which is great to not overcharge me when it's not necessary.

Dr Robertson is amazing however the billing and reception staff are the most unpleasant people to work with I have ever encountered at a Dr’s office. They are condescending and they strive to embarrass people. They maintain horrible records so you speak with one person and think something is resolved only to have the same discussion the next time you come in. The office staff talk about each other and the patients while the waiting room is teeming with patients. While the Dr is great, the staff there make it unbearable to go in for shots and that is who you end up seeing multiple times a week. Find another allergist and make your life better.

Long story short, a miserable experience over and over and over again. They are pro-profit at the cost of your time and health. Two stars just because the staff is courteous...most of the time. If you need to get shots it can take anywhere from 30 minutes (required wait time) to TWO HOURS. They have more patients than they can handle and it’s frustrating because you have to take an unpredictable amount of time away from work on a regular basis. If they can’t manage the crowd, they should allow a scheduling option so we don’t have to wait over a half hour just to get the shots before adding in the required wait period. Today I saw 3 people walk out before getting shots because the line was taking too long and they needed to work. I don’t know what to call that other than anti-health, if they were pro-health and not pro-profit they would fix this. If you ask how long the wait will be, they never give you a time estimate, they’ll either shrug or if you’re lucky they’ll say “There’s 12 people ahead of you, but I don’t know how long that might take” thanks, folks. Very useful. Try “probably at least 30 minutes” so we can make an informed decision whether that fits our schedule or not. The waiting room is cramped rows of seating and is horribly awkward. People regularly walk in with painfully strong perfume/cologne and the staff will say nothing even though they have a sign saying it’s not allowed. You also get the general waiting room nightmares of people on the phone, listening to things without headphones...general disrespect compounded by the sheer number of people they cram into the room. I have also had issues where they have given me what seems to be a generic test (like blood pressure or weighing in) they don’t explain that they are doing a premium test that will have a 90 bill sent to your home. If you come here you have to question absolutely EVERYTHING. The parking garage is it’s own nightmare, but not their fault.
