0 Customer service. They don't care about their clients for what I can tell. I will not return to this place. Awful products with very big prices. I found the exact same products at 50% of what they charge online and even better ones cheaper than at their place.
Big prices, bad customer support. I did not feel like a customer there at all. They are not what they should be. My advise would be to find any other place because there I spent a lot of money for a ski equipment which I found later online at half the price. My advise is to avoid that place.
Nice shop with everything you need for ski and snowboard. You can even command original spare parts. Nice and welcoming personnel.
