I was driving from Fort William to Inverness and tired after hole day hillwalking and I find this little spot, nice place to stop and watched amazing commando memorial and sad because few of them died in young age, Viewpoint is awesome! God bless all

Very moving. Garden of remembrance is a reminder (if needed), of the sacrifices made, often by some very young men. The view from the monument is stunning, a fitting place to remember them. Had great banter with some ex Royal Marines who were there. As soon as I told them I was ex Royal Navy, the joke floodgates opened. A must to visit, will be back next year God willing in warmer weather.
Nice place to reflect on the sacrifice that others have made for us over the years. Place is clean and tidy and while I was there everyone was respectful. Along with the main statue they also have another area for loved ones to leave tributes and plaques.
Just a quick stop-off on our way up the road to Skye, but a nice leg stretch to walk up to the memorial and have a look around. Some stunning views! Plenty car parking too, and plenty of information boards explaining who the memorial is for, andwhen it was erected and by who
A stroll around the memorial and remembrance garden will make you appreciate what sacrafices our armed forces have made for us all. It always brings tears to my eyes even after many many visits.
