So happy this studio is now in Southsea. Was missing a tranquil space like this with option of hot yoga.

I can't recommend this place highly enough! The instructors are knowledgeable, agile, and friendly....there are sessions to suit every preference and style and they all make you work.... Its not yoga for mickey mouse!!!! I would highly recommend Maxines class, it's one of the most moving yoga classes I've been to in years. People currently trying to fit in with once a week yoga sessions offered at a gym, will find this a breathe of fresh air as you can always get in to class, and they run several a day.Everyone is friendly and welcoming one of the women has the most amazing recall for names so once you've been once she greets you by name the next time you're in. It's those little things.... So if you want to feel more grounded and nourished invest in some sessions. You won't be disappointed.

Lano Yoga in Southsea Portsmouth is the best place to be.. friendly students and teachers, good athmosphere, good prices and offers for extra training and Yoga Retreats..l love that place, l get attached to the people there, l recommand Lano Yoga Southsea...
