Lovely interior well maintained, outside not so good especially the side of building

Attended a wedding here on Monday. Nice building . Traditional English interior and furnishing. There is a lift round the corner to the right side of the reception area to go up the wedding venue. Still not sure about the rule of throwing confetti.
