I came across this Agency some years ago whilst looking for a property in Blundellsands, I have a total mistrust of Agencies as previous experience has meant that I have experienced the worst of them, in the respect that they are unreliable, exaggerate to the point of being ridiculous, and never return phone calls. However, I was most pleasantly surprised with Liz Anderson, she is honest, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with ! She is meticulous, and gives the same level of service to both Landlord and Tenant, so I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent or manage a property. She takes the stress on board, so you don't have to.
