I was in and out when renewing my license! Be prepare to have to take off your mask to take your picture. There were no plastic garters on the side when taking license picture. Hold your breath!

Good covid spacing and waiting outside for 5 minutes then inside for only 15 minutes. 340 pm appointment and was done by 4.

First to begin with, worst SOS one could ever go to. I went here to get my license, i passed online test, I took my driving test and when I came to issue my license they weren't able to pull my information. So, they said they had placed a request online. I showed up every week placing an appointment, but they gave me the same excuse over and over. couple of weeks back one lady she told me that my permit got expired and i have to rewrite the online test. No one ever told me that during my previous appointments even after my permit was expired, they should have done that, that could have saved my time. I came to write it last week and i was assisted by one good soul who told me that they have never placed a request to pull my information in the first place, then why did they make me show up multiple times. She also told me that this mistake happened would be rectified and she placed a request and i went to claim my license this week. But i was assisted by a different person this time and she asked me to take the test from the first. And the worst freaking part is none of them have the habit of listening to what the other person has to explain from their end. They stop and interrupt you while you talk and no one behaves in this office except few. At least they could make up for their own mistakes. Most of them has very bad attitude, they are rude and bossy. I am never going to show up here again. I really wish them to change their behavior and just listen to people who show up to them for help.

Let me tell you, I usually hate secretary of state. This office had the kindest staff and they were quick. Thank you for helping me and getting things done quickly! I've been to them all over the state and would recommend them over any branch in the area.
