Went above and beyond to get hold of a mountain bike I wanted for me during the first lockdown and delivered it with no extra charge. The staff are all real cyclists, it's impossible to leave without having a chat about something. Repair service excellent, they fixed an issue entirely of my own creation the day after my email and gave me some great advice, they won't sell you any parts you don't need.

Pathetic attitude - We are working flat out. The phone is ringing non stop, some of us haven’t had a day off in months. PLEASE DON'T COME BACK. Frankly I can do WITHOUT your business. This was the reply I got from the business owner after writing a constructive review applauding the work was 5 star, but the customer service and communication was really bad. Ironic thing is, they didn't give me all the parts back so I had to return anyway! I did get an apology the second time. All I wanted was communication my bike was ready to collect, but I was chasing them after 2 weeks - even though they had my details, I had no choice but to make a 20 mins drive to the shop and hope they were open and it was done. Clearly the owner has no clue how to run a business. If you're too busy - don't take on more work - or take on more staff. Very basic stuff. From what I have heard locally, the shop is under new management and going downhill quickly No doubt I will get a customer repelling reply to this.

Great service on my bike. They serviced the cassette and the brakes for a reasonable price. They are really knowledgeable and explain in details what they have done on your bike. I felt they really care about the customer! Let's support the independent shops instead of the big chains! ️
