The team at Richmond MG have been great. The current difficulties with social distancing were managed exceptionally well enabling us to view and test vehicles and feel safe and comfortable in a clean controlled environment. The communication and support during the sale has been great without feeling pressurised. Thanks to Kyle and Arjan. As for the MG ZS - love it.

Cannot fault this place , Arjan and the team have become friends now not just associates, this is the second car from them too , they are amazing cars . I recently had a car crash and the police said the car was very well built which was reassuring , Arjan has been amazing throughout, always on the end of the phone to help any time , he's amazing .

Himat was amazing, I was able to make a real informed decision about the best vehicle for me and there was no pressure to go outside my budge or hard sell. I was given a good price for my part exchange and Arjan arranged my finance without too much trouble but was persist in getting me the best options. Really recommend the team and the continue communication they have had post sale.

This was my first experience of buying a car outright and Himat made it very easy. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and I was presented with all the options. Himat arranged for the car I liked to be moved from Portsmouth. I even went there prior to it being moved just so I could see it in the flesh and the sales teams there were equally as helpful. I would recommend this dealership and I will certainly be returning when I fancy a change. So far loving the MG. It is practically new with very low mileage so a real bargain for the price.

Bought 2 mgzs as looked quite nice & reasonably priced in the market place. The car drives nice enough, inside nice slightly tinny, but price reflects its build, Had a few issues with door handles sticking on both vehicles, also paint finish issue on both vehicles around bottoms of doors, bits in the paint?. also paid for paint treatment, slightly talked into it actually. Not been happy with treatment either. Also stop start didn't seem to work, My biggest issue has been after sales, they don't seem to be very helpful with issues, on its 1st service didn't address any of the issues apart from door handles, told I would have to pay 75,rebook in for diagnostic check? still haven't addressed paint issue, paint treatment told to see sales as different company does that, also getting a collect/drop-off vehicle seems impossible, they also charge for courtesy car, (INSURANCE) stick with VAUXHALL in future.
