Overall Adrian did a good job. He was personable and accommodating especially as it relates to delivering the vehicle directly to us at home. Two big issues on delivery which very much do not equate to the experience of buying a new vehicle from Jaguar. First, while the vehicle had clearly been cleaned it wasn’t delivery perfect. In the front passenger side door pocket there was a used toothpick and an old business card. The latter is bad form for a luxury car dealer however the former is not only off putting and disgusting, it’s downright unhygienic and dangerous especially during a pandemic where a deadly virus is spread primary by mouth and nose! Second, the car was delivered to us with roughly half a tank of petrol. This is really really cheeky and unbecoming a brand like Jaguar. I worked in car sales for Ford — not nearly the badge of Jag — and we ALWAYS delivered with a full tank, regardless of vehicle class. Aside from that, I found the lack of incentives to close the deal rather strange. It felt like we had to do a lot of work to buy this car. So, overall I have to say not impressed. Little things make a big difference.

Was pleased with the customer care received, especially after the announcement of going into the second lockdown. Made me aware of guidelines to follow and forms to complete prior to arrival at the service centre. Whilst awaiting to collect my vehicle, was pleasing to have people ask if we were being seen to or if we needed anything with this also coming from an individual who looked as if he work within the service area and not just from the front of house staff. Pleasant all round experience and very highly recommended.
