I don't know if the staff really read the post about this place. Few staff I do get along and some I didn't get along with. I don't know if some staff is still there. Mr. Black, mis hollinger, mis plumly, and some others.

Team work is a big deal... and I am glad the staff drilled the concept as much as they did. The program helps kids who need to be redirected to a productive way of living in a community.

I still have nightmares 13 years after attending this facility because of a plea deal for a misdemeanor charge. This near the \cash for kids scandal\ in PA as another reviewer mentioned. My stay was suppose to be for 4 months, it lasted 14 months until they had a higher bidder for my bed. No child should be subjected to this type of treatment. All outgoing communication was monitored. Abuse was swept under the rug. I was almost always a \level 3\ the highest for well-behaved children there, and still endured psychologically scarring treatment. Strip searches were conducted for missing pencils from the pencil box, even if a staff member misplaced one. I was forced to stand at attention for 8 hours when the staff forgot they placed me around a corner. I collapsed when I was allowed to move because I was at a knee-locked attention posture due to fatigue. Staff would routinely spit in your face when you were interrogated, even by supervisors. Forced physical exercise in freezing temps. I turned out \ok\ as an adult. If there is a god, may they have mercy on the minds of the children who were sent here. Even if you accepted a plea bargain, you will be forced to own any mistake you didn't even make. A living hell. All of my claims can be backed by witnesses.
