I recently bought a few items directly from James Sherlock and dealt with Mike. All items arrived as described, clean and well packaged!.. couldn’t ask for more.. Mike was good to deal with, straight to the point, with no messing about! In the past I have purchased through eBay and again had no issues whatsoever.... more than happy Other people I have used in the past, especially brakes have been a nightmare!.. ended up buying again from Sherlock.. Some items I received were even signed by the inspector/packer.. great idea.. someone to thank or bolloxk... I will be dealing with again I’m sure!

Please keep away from this shop. It was a mistake to deal with these people specially James. I try to help the local business but they can not be helped. Very rude to deal with James and his staff. All I have asked was to confirm the specification of the product that I am buying which I think everyone is entitled to specially when is not listed on their website. I later checked the same product somewhere else online was 40 different. Good job they have cancelled my order not at my choice. Very rude customer services. Really disapointed.

A terrible experience. Item never received, but I wish that was the only issue. James was simply rude. While he had the part he overcharged for shipping and then when it got stuck in customs, they were not able to provide an adequate FedEx tracking number. Then when I wanted them to reship and offered to pay for it, they refused. Overall James has been one of the rudest service providers which I have encountered, and if he had solved my issue I would have been okay with his behavior. But he didn't, and added an insult to an injury. Stay away, get your part somewhere else. It will cost you a lot of money, time and headache if you go with this company.
