Not a particularly modern station, but clean. Access to the Vienna train via the under-pass. Not nice, but here we are

Better signage is needed I was very confused as to which train to go back to Vienna and very few people could speak English though I got by with my bad German. Well worth the short train journey from Vienna to visit a different country and it's so cheap and the people were very friendly, WARNING it's not euros, I didn't know and at first walking up the high street looking in the shop windows thought it was really expensive ,the exchange rate was really good so I bought a lot of gifts in the centre.
Well organised and clean.
Modern
Be careful in the first class. I fell asleep and no passenger told me to wake up. I cleaner came and he woke me up and my favorite bag with my clothes and MacBook Air were stolen. The cops didn't and couldn't do much since there is no security camera. Really bad experience...
It is modern, clean and open at night also which is quite helpful when it is raining. There are several vending machines so you can buy some snack even when the shop in the station is closed for the night. The restrooms are clean, but you have to pay for them. However if this is the price for a good service then it is acceptable.
Surprisingly clean bathroom, decent shopping option to pre-journey snacks and things. 1 star minus, because those snacks are heavily overpriced. Station is average compared to regular Hungarian stations, not in bad shape, but could be improved.
Good and clean train station, has home and international ticket counter (opening hours change within local and international counters) Bar inside and a few shops. Toilets fee 100 HUF
