I love the food and service. My food is always hot and that's because it's made to go. My favorite sandwich is the patty melt. It comes with Swiss cheese and grilled onions but I add bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. The custard is very good. You should try it because I truly believe you won't be disappointed.

Freddy’s is probably my favorite chain right now that makes diner style smashburgers and with that old school feel. The burgers are what you expect out of a classic smashburger, a nice crust on each patty and very juicy meat. The fries are ok and the exclusive Freddy’s fry sauce is AMAZING. The custard they make is not bad and is a nice treat to the end of a meal. The interior is very clean and the service is on point is well. Giving them 4 stars because the prices are a tad high but its worth getting a quality burger.

Food was good. Order taker was not friendly. Staff preparing the food were very nice and personable. Was disappointed we could not get a custard sample for the dog so ended up buying the small dish of vanilla and giving her half. Please note we did buy two combo meals and a medium PBC&B sundae.

I got their patty melt. The bread didn't taste like it had been buttered properly to get that good crisp texture for the bread. So it didn't really have that patty melt taste. Also the bacon on my wife's burger was pretty subpar. I probably should have just gotten the frozen treats which might have increased the score. I do recommend their jalapeño sauce pretty good stuff.

This place is absolutely hands down delicious. I loved the number one was a fabulous flavorful Burger. My French fries I thought would have been better cooked less. I am from the West so going to a place in the South that has fry sauce is just amazing. Custard was fabulous as well. I will be back probably many times!!! . My husband got the patty melt it was okay I've had better but that burger was delicious!!
