Excellent clinic. Very nice staff and doctors. Everything is on time. Prices are average for Kyiv. Lab tests are done through Dila lab. Especial thanks to Makar Natalia Igorevna, excellent dermatologist and trichologist.
My wife had suddenly started having pain in her large toes and since it started after she had twisted her foot, we were concerned. After buying two shoes in a week we realized that it was not the shoe causing it. We called a number of clinics in Kiev and realized that a number of them are only interested in overcharging an american. I called Smart Medical and they were actually concerned about the injury and not how much it would cost. I eneded us paying 300 grv plus some 225 grv for a cream. Dr Marina Miroshnechenko Volodimirivna was better than excellent. She spent almost half an hour fixing the nails and tissues. She gave all sorts of advice on how to avoid this situation in the future. She couldn't speak english but she was an amazing communicator. After years of lousy doctors and their attitudes in United States, it was a great feeling to meet a doctor who was a human too :) I would highly recommend Dr. Marina Volodimirinov for her amazing skills and beautiful gestures in comforting the patients. She is a podologist (Potiatrist). Over all the clinic is very conveniently located next to Minska Metro station. The clinic is clean and workers are very professional. They did NOT attempt to slaughter a foreigner and charged us what they would charge any Ukrainian. The front desk custoer support girls were nice but couldn't speak a word of english. Would be nice if they could at least speak some english. We had no issues communicating with doctor as doctor tried very hard to communicate and also found some girl to translate. Absolutely amazing experience. Do get cheated by clinics near City Center that only target foreigners ... go a few stops further and find the best doctors and treatment... Tanzeela Ghayur
