Fantastic service from VRT. I was recommended to use VRT by a few people and can certainly see why. I had an annoying set of warning lights on my dash that was difficult to resolve. The guys at VRT quickly found the root cause, kept me updated with phone calls as well as a video from their technician. Great service and communication from day of booking to completing and collecting my car - will definitely use VRT again!

My experience of VRT has exceeded all expectations & I cannot recommend them highly enough! Fantastic customer service. John's approach to diagnostics & fault finding is exemplary as is his knowledge of DSG gearboxes. Our 2010 VW Golf 1.6 TDI had a rattling noise on cold start & rough gear changes in 1st & 2nd gear. VRT not only correctly diagnosed that the dual mass flywheel required replacing but also identified that the particular clutch pack fitted to my 7-speed DSG gearbox was likely problematic & contributing to the transmission problems. John recommended changing the clutch pack at the same time as the dual mass flywheel to ensure all of the problems were resolved in one go & for good measure they also updated the gearbox software, renewed the gearbox fluid & now the car drives perfectly! The word \specialist\ gets thrown around all too often these days, but VRT are just that.

Came to get a Remus GPF back exhaust fitted on a Golf 7.5 R, fitted it perfectly and went the extra mile to wrap up my stock exhaust so it wouldn't damage the interior of my car bringing it back home. Extremely friendly and helpful all the way through. Lovely people and a really top service, 100% recommend, and no they didn't bribe me to post this review!
