Wish I could actually not give a had been 10min late due TO WALKING AND LOOKING for the place tried phoning but no luck with that once I got there I was told to stick to my appointment time and no customer service whatsoever told me to reschedule uhm how about NO I will rather pay more than deal with that attitude again you guys should maybe learn how to work with customers like Realeyes in Farnham road or maybe train your staff better

Worst customer service in the UK. No telephone support, I called them on several occasions, no one answers the call, and then after waiting for several minutes teh call get's disconnected ( actually Specsaver has programe the telephone system and also visited their store, I also visited store to collect my very expensive glasses and they were not ready. When I requested to see where are my glasses no one seems to know, it was chaos, waiting Que outside was very long, Specsavers have not invested in hiring more staff to clear all the backlogs. Please customers shop around and don't get trapped by low prices that Specsavers offers, you want long term customers service with high quality products, specially in this long term COVID 19 Pandemic. Thank you.
