I’m really really want to thanks David. Due to the CV19 I can’t take my cat in cabin with me so I have to choose cargo to take he home. David is very kind he always responded email very soon and tried his best to help me. I have to say compared with other companies their price is the best! My cat has been took off from Manchester, stayed at a pet hotel in Amsterdam for one night, and then flew to Shanghai. When I picked up him, he looks very good despite the long flight. I’m really happy and satisfied with Skymaster. If you need pet transportation service do not hesitate to contact with them.

Well, where do I start! Me and My wife were relocating to from Manchester to Singapore with our two Cavapoos. Initially I thought it would be a case of just ringing the airline and booking them a flight, how wrong could I be! Long story short and many phone calls back and two with different airlines I was introduced to Skymaster (David) through Singapore Airlines. After being introduced to David he explained everything that needed to be done and was very helpful with the whole process. After speaking to so many people who didn't have a clue, he was a welcomed voice of reason. He explained that even though Singapore Airlines don't specifically state certain things that my original plan wasn't viable, however he soon came up with a suitable plan that included the dogs travelling together in a crate which was a huge bonus for us as we were already worried about them being separated. Skymaster and David in particular made the whole process as stress free as possible and after a stressful 30 hours or so the dogs met us in Singapore, the documentation flew through the customs checks and we took our dogs home with us straight away. Not a single fault found with Skymaster and considering they are responsible for transporting people's prized possessions I would highly recommend them to anyone. Like many it was our first time and David took time to explain and re-assure even though our questions were most likely silly.
Excellent service, highly recommended! David was extremely helpful & informative with the relocation process of my 2 cats from the UK to Dubai. The whole process got very complicated because of new requirements due to COVID-19, but David managed to sort everything out and my cats arrived safely without delay. Everything was handled in a professional, clear and timely manner. Thank you again for your help, David!!
