This place gets the worst review I could possibly give for two reasons. 1) I received a parking fine & court summons for parking in my parking lot despite them saying it's free parking and giving me a parking permit. 2) Whoever is there customer service over the phone and though email is so rude and unhelpful. Please explain to me why 6 weeks later, the fine still isn't sorted and they're acting like I'm in the wrong!!! I got fined for a free parking spot and her response to me was there's nothing they can do.

Dreadful place to live- no soul, insane parking fees and fines if you forget to display, horrible flats, no sense of community. I wouldn’t rent or buy here.

سكنت في المجمع فترة واكثر شي يميزه الموقع في وسط المدينة وقريب جدا على السنتر وتحت المجمع سوبرماركت تيسكو ومحطة وقوف باص جامعة برمنجهام تبعد دقيقة عن الشقة وادارة المجمع والكونسيرج خدمتهم ممتازة مدارس متوسطة وثانوية قريبة من المجمع اما الشقق بعضها مجدد وبعضها قديم وبعضها تكون مع مواقف مجانية للسيارات وبعضها من دون والبلكونات خشبية نسبة كبيرة من الشقق مطلة على مواقف السيارات الداخلية مافيه حديقة داخل المجمع
