We came across Skyglaze by chance in 2018 after searching the internet for producers of sliding doors. Skyglaze recommended the right model, manufactured two sets of Ultraglide doors and fitted them for us. The quality is very good and the team was professional and friendly. Almost two years later, after the heatwave in August 2020 the doors needed a little adjustment. The company sent a fitter who did a superb job to make sure that the doors work perfectly again. I was happy to recommend Skyglaze back in 2018 and am even happier to recommend them now, having experienced their after sales service.

Our first enquiry using their quotation form on their website was ignored. They later said they'd had technical problems with these going to a spam folder. I happen to be somewhat of an expert on those technicalities so I'm a bit sceptical. If it's coming from yor own website spam should not be an issue. Anyway, we called and then provided details of what we're after (a set of Schuco bifolds). They then replied to say \I have passed your lead on to our sister company UKTrade windows based in Sutton. They do replacement services and your project will be more suitable for them.\ A bit odd since Skyglaze describe themselves as a retail installer, cover our area and UKTrade (as their name suggests) supply to the trade, not end customers (based on their website). We had no further respone from Skyglaze or UKTrade. I suspect what this comes down to is that they have enough bigger jobs on. So if your job is not big, I'd suggest not wasting your time.
Skyglaze have been a brilliant partner in our project as we undertook a full house renovation and rebuild in Surrey. They supplied us with black aluminium windows to the whole house and 4 large sliding doors in addition to a large corner set of doors with a moving corner. Their glazing was the biggest expense of the project and we were not disappointed by both the quality of their products as well as their ongoing service. They also contributed ideas and suggested approaches to help us trouble-shoot with the designs. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The house looks stunning and a lot of that is down to the windows.
We just love our new sliding doors and skylight from Skyglaze. A perfect fit for our extension. Excellent quality and a great service from the Skyglaze team.
We had originally bought our windows for another company who unfortunately went into liquidation taking our deposit with them. We found ourselves in a nightmare situation, short on funds and behind on schedule with regards to the glazing which threatened to delay everything by 4 or 5 months. Steve and the rest of the team at skyglaze were nothing but brilliant. Completely understanding of my situation, they moved heaven and earth to get the glasswork in on schedule and took into consideration my recent losses. The fitters even came in on Saturday to fit the glass to enable the kitchen to be put in that Monday. Suffice to say, the finished article looks brilliant. I would recommend this company to anyone (and I have). We are very grateful to the team.
