Absolute shambles of a company too large and hold a majority stakehold over the UK for TV packages , and not prepared to offer discounts or when wanting to remove TV packages then inform you of hidden cancellation fees, despite the company making over 2.3billion before tax , I think the chief executive Jeremy darroch, needs to reward the people who put him at the top

I loved working for Sky. The company genuinely cares about their employees however there are a few managers in the Sheffield office that could do with a talking to. They try their best, but they abuse their ‘power’ as managers and only pass probation with the people they like and whom they think are good looking. If you buy your managers and colleagues food, you’ll pass probation. I’ve heard multiple people say this. My manager dismissed me same day as my upskill training ended because he didn’t believe my health would improve despite me proving him wrong. He also said to me ‘don’t worry, you’re not losing your job’ and then fired me. Work for Sky, but don’t work in the Sheffield office. Everyone seems to be quitting in that office.
A very nice location. Great place to work friendly bunch of people.
Fantastic place to work for. I would highly recommend to anyone especially if you want a great career, if you put effort in everything at sky, sky recognise this and will take you far and beyond in your career
