I booked MOT and Major Service Online, drop the car off on the day, Member of staff called back when car was ready. Went through all the work carried out and what I needed to keep an eye on. Very friendly and professional service.

So I went in For a quote on a clutch replacement and I had an uprated Sachs clutch kit (the most reliable you can get for my car) never even been out of the box and the guy at the reception desk took my details and said they would get back to me as soon as possible. After a week with no response I called back only to speak to a rude employee who said he wouldn't touch the car because I didn't buy the part through them, this part is better and more reliable than any part they could get for my car, and in my opinion it's terrible customer service if you can't pick up the phone to tell a customer that you can't accept their job after they have taken their time to come down to the garage, unfortunately it seems this garage lacks all the basic customer service skills that you would expect from any business your willing to spend your money at. I would advise you use another mechanic as these lot Clearly don't care

We recently took my car for a light bulb change at formula one garage only to be told 3 days after drop-off that the car had a starter motor issue. They then gave their quote to replace the starter motor but we thought best to buy the part from GSFcarpart dealers and hand it to Formula one to fit it. A day later we went back to pick up the fixed car and half way home the car broke down, wouldn't start and wasn't allowing to select any gear.We called formula one back to say the car broke down and we were told they don't understand why this has happened. Yesterday my neighbour who fixes cars checked the car over only to discover that the old starter motor was fine and didn't understand why it was changed in the 1st place so he put back the old starter motor and it works fine. We went back to formula one to complain about why they asked us to buy a new starter motor which we didn't need and eventually wasn't correctly fixed anyway. They continued to insist that old starter motor was faulty....Still works as we speak. We went back to GSFcarpart to return the new starter motor which we no longer needed but only to find out it wasn't even the part they sold us. The name on the part was very different to what was on the receipt, so obviously Formula one did not fit the part we supplied in the 1st place and must have swapped the starter motor because GSF carpart have confirmed it's not their product. A warning to anyone going to FORMULA ONE. They are not to be trusted!!!

Did the usual online search for tyres. Due to lockdown, everywhere is appointment only. I decided to ring F1. They quoted me an amazing price for 2 tyres and I got a quick appointment too! I was so happy. When we got there, all the staff from the guy on the desk to the guy with the dirty hands was so friendly and helpful. I really cant say enough good things about my experience. Would I recommend them? YES! They are my 'go to' place now.
