Can’t believe the arrogance of this groomer.... we ask for a light trim and our dog was scalped.... she also grazed her eyelid that she refused any responsibility and basically said her insurance would deal with it..... no hygiene cut.... and once message she became really unprofessional broadcasting our conversation on social media..... AVOID
